1. What departments can the products be applied to?

For BI-FIX, it can be applied for all type I incisions in orthopedics, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, and all other general surgeries. As for LOOPIX, it can be applied for all non-vascular drainage tube fixation.

2. How long can the products stick to the skin?

For BI-FIX, it can stick to the skin for up to 14 days. And normally it takes 7-14 days for the healing process. For LOOPIX, it can stay effective up to 7 days. Usually, the draining process takes about 3-5 days.

3. Is there a need for subcutaneous suturing when you apply BI-FIX?

Yes, we need to close the subcutaneous tissue by suturing first. BI-FIX is only designed to achieve epidermal closure.

4. Can the BI-FIX be applied for an irregular and longer/shorter incision?

Yes. All the sizes can be cut or combined for application to close a curved or certain length of the incision.

5. Can the two products (BI-FIX and LOOPIX) be removed by the patient himself?

Both two products can be removed by the patient at home under the permission/guidance of the doctor without going back to the hospital.

6. Are the two products retrievable/adjustable?

Yes, both the two products can be readjusted if there's a necessity considered by the doctor.

7. How to guarantee your product quality?

Our products are all CE certified and obtain ISO13485, and ISO9001. We also set a return policy to ensure that.

8. What is your products' packaging method?

We use the double plastic bag under the standard γ-ray irradiation sterilization method for the inner package. Then all products are packed in a medium-sized carton box and standard outer box.
